What if there were tools and approaches that could help make it all easier for you?
What if therapists, counsellors and coaches had more understanding about what actually helps neurodivergent people with their relationships?
Are you ready to explore how things could be different?
We are doing some research with neurodivergent people and their therapists. This to find out about neurodivergent relationships, what is working and what could be improved.
Our focus is particularly around connection with yourself, your relationship experiences, your boundaries and needs, people pleasing and your hopes.
