Session 28: Power, authority and culture

In this session we are exploring:

• Concepts of power and authority and power dynamics including difference
• Power and authority that influence families
• Power dynamics that are passed on and within families
• Cultural considerations working with diverse coachees
• Links to CLEAN coaching
• How you can use it in your practice

It is helpful to reflect on the Process Pathway when thinking about how the coach raises awareness of power dynamics with the coachee, and Ladder of Inference which explores how our our beliefs link with our actions.
