Framework not a formula - you make this work for you - don't follow it blindly:

        1.      Connect with no intention to sell - just to get to know. They might not be the right person but they have about 250 contacts each and one of those may be the right person
        2.      Invite to a call with the energy you invite someone to a kids birthday party. Would you like to? No worries if not…
        3.      Chat - 20 mins chat questions below to make sure you are coaching people who are ready to be coached
        4.      Create 100 coaching conversations - let them experience you at your best as a gift regardless of whether or not they become a client
        5.      Audition - filter your clients - do not say yes to everyone. Filter for people who are better than you. People who inspire you rather than who you inspire. You are not a consultant or a mentor. You don’t need to be better than them. See what no one else can see. Say what no one else will say.
        6.      Propose - this is what it would look like for us to work together - have the confidence to do that verbally not just in writing, as you can have a discussion about it where they can just say yes or no to a proposal and not get their questions answered
