PRO TIP: This is not about how long you have been coaching. This is about what you bring to the table. This is about all your experiences, your personality, your strengths, your approach. You might never have done a formal coaching session in your life and would still have coaching capabilities. Obviously practice helps!

Please note: these assessments can be done over time, and do not all have to be completed immediately. They are examples of the kinds of assessments you can do, or you may have others you wish to do instead. This is your coaching journey so you decide.
