Use the Wheel of Life to inventory where you are at right now. You can create a plan for change based on which areas you would like to work on.

The Wheel Of Life Domains

Here are some suggestions of things to consider when answering each section. Each person will be answering from their own perspective, some of these suggestions might feel relevant to you and some might not. Please feel free to consider whatever is relevant to you as you go through the worksheet.

Energy

Out of 10, how do you rate your energy levels? Add detail to your answer if you wish. 

3.

Health

Out of 10, how do you rate your health? This could include your physical and/or mental health. Add details to your answer if you wish. 

4.

Fitness

Out of 10, how do you rate your fitness levels? This could include strength, cardio fitness, flexibility, the ability to climb stairs/run for a bus, or any realm of fitness that seems relevant here to you. Add details to your answer if you wish.

Work

Out of 10, how do you rate your work, in terms of enjoyment, job satisfaction, meaningfulness, the number of hours you do, your relationship with your colleagues, or anything else that seems relevant to you. Give yourself an overall score. Add detail to your answer if you wish.

Income

Out of 10, how happy are you with your income? Think about the amount of your income, its regularity, whether or not you have different income streams or whether or not you can afford to buy the things you want and need with the income you have. Add detail to your answer if you wish.

Wealth

Out of 10, how would you rate your wealth? This category could include savings and investments, pensions and assets such as property, how fluid is your money (can you access it easily, or is it tied up?). Add details to your answer if you wish.

Relationship

This section refers to your relationship with a romantic partner. Out of 10, how happy are you with your relationship? Think about your communication, the amount and quality of the time you spend together, how you work together to achieve what you want as a couple, or anything else that seems relevant to you. Add details to your answer if you wish. 

9.

Children

Out of 10, how happy are you in your relationship with your child or children? You might want to consider the time you spend together, the bond you share, and how you feel as a parent. Add details to your answer if you wish.

10.

Family

Out of 10, how happy are you in your family relationships? This might include your relationship with parents, siblings, in-laws and other family members. Add details to your answer if you wish.

Leisure

Out of 10, rate your leisure time. How much time do you get to relax and/or have fun? Add details to your answer if you wish. 

12.

Creativity

Out of 10, rate your creative time. Do you have a creative practice of your own? Does your work, or time with your children offer an opportunity to be creative? Give yourself an overall score. Add details to your answer if you wish. 

13.

Social

Out of 10, how happy are you with your social relationships? This could include friendships, any groups you belong to, community activities, or online relationships. Add details to your answers if you wish.
