This could include your feelings and emotions about the event, or any physical sensations in your body.

In relation to this event, what is in your circle of influence?

6.

Now that you have reflected on the event, how do you feel?

Does it make a difference to identify what you can and can not control within this particular situation? 

7.

How will you use this information in your practice going forward?

You can add any relevant information to your action plan if you need to.
